Founder
I’ve always been curious about how things connect, systems, people, & ideas. That curiosity naturally led me into IT, but my path didn’t follow the traditional university route. After a year in sixth form, I spoke to people across the industry, from technicians to IT directors. The advice was clear: get hands-on, get certified, & start learning on the job.
So that’s what I did. I began my career with an apprenticeship at a small IT business, starting with a BTEC in IT & Telecoms. At the time, the company was run from a garage, but by the end of my first year, we’d moved into an office, taken on more clients, & I was hands-on with everything from repairs & support to installations & client consultations. It gave me a solid grounding in IT & telecoms, & I followed it up with Microsoft certifications in networking & cloud fundamentals.
Over the years, I progressed into internal IT roles, including at a sizable manufacturing company where I started as a technician & worked my way up to Digital Delivery Manager. I was part of a forward-thinking team focused on digitisation, continuous improvement, & compliance. During my time there, I helped implement ISO 27001, achieved Cyber Essentials, & led cross-departmental projects aligned with both regulatory & operational frameworks.
Later, I moved into a senior IT leadership role at a shared services company, leading a team of 18 across IT, systems, software, & data. We delivered projects throughout the UK, Asia, & South Africa, including travelling to Cape Town to set up a 400-seat contact centre.
Today, I run my own company, LVL1, offering managed IT, systems, automation, & support services to businesses who want more than the average provider. We’re not just about fixing problem, we’re about becoming part of the team, understanding how your business works, & using tech to help it run smoother, faster, & smarter.
I’m not looking for hundreds of clients, just the right ones. If you value trust, innovation, & honest relationships, let’s talk.

Systems Lead
After studying Computer Science at the University of Lincoln and spending a couple of years working in retail, I found my calling in IT. For the last few years, I’ve been diving deep into systems automation and CRM development, helping businesses work smarter, not harder.
My role revolves around making life easier for our clients by automating processes, cutting down on admin, and building systems that reduce the mental load, so people can focus on what really matters. I love learning and improving so if there’s something I don’t know, I’ll do everything I can to figure it out. That mindset doesn’t stop at work either, whether it’s history, Pokémon lore, or how geography has shaped nations, chances are I’ve watched a YouTube video on it.
Music is a big part of my life too. I’m always looking to discover something new, and I try to listen to an album I’ve never heard before every week.
Outside of work, I’m probably exploring Norwich with my fiancé, hunting for great coffee, adding to my Pokémon card collection, or jumping on Xbox with friends. I’ve lived in Norfolk and Suffolk most of my life, and that slower pace has shaped how I see the world – I believe in taking time to enjoy the little things, and making people feel seen and supported.
One of my favourite sayings is: “It’s not about the party, it’s what you’re celebrating.” For me, it’s all about the people behind the work. Helping others succeed is what drives me every day.

IT Lead
I’ve spent over twelve years in IT, supporting & managing systems across the NHS, local government, & the private sector. I started out on the front line, dealing with day to day support requests, network issues, & ageing infrastructure that needed keeping alive that bit longer. Over time I moved into more senior roles, taking ownership of key systems, working closely with suppliers, & helping organisations modernise without disrupting the people who rely on their services.
Across healthcare & local government, I have worked in environments where uptime, security, & compliance are non negotiable. That has meant everything from tightening access controls & looking after patching, to planning maintenance windows around critical services so clinicians, social workers, & frontline staff can carry on doing their jobs. I enjoy getting into the detail, understanding how systems actually get used, then making small, practical changes that have a real impact on reliability & user experience.
At LVL1, I look after our IT operations & make sure everything stays secure, connected, & reliable. That covers servers, networks, devices, backups, & the day to day support that keeps clients moving. I like to be the steady pair of hands in the background, keeping an eye on the bigger picture while still being happy to jump in & fix the stubborn issues no one else wants to touch. For me, good IT is about being proactive, communicating clearly, & giving people confidence that things are under control.
Outside of work, I am a proud Liverpool fan & play football every week. I am also a big fan of boxing & MMA, love music, gaming, & old school RuneScape, & enjoy anything that keeps me moving or thinking. I am a huge animal lover & even worked on a farm for a while, which honestly is not that different from IT; both involve fixing things that do not always want to cooperate!
At home, I have my puggle, Willis 🐶, keeping me company since 2012.
