Ryan and his team installed aprx 50 CCTV camera's and an NVR at one of our High Schools. In the lead up, they kept us up to date with the prep and shared documents of the site and camera locations and directions/FOV of the camera's. Being a high school, many of the runs and positioning of camera's were, so we thought quite challenging, but Ryan and the team overcame any and all obstacles without issue. I recently had my MacBook keyboard replaced by Ryan and the team at LVL1 and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I first got in touch via WhatsApp, which was really convenient, and they kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. I had my CCTV system set up from LVL1 and what a great experience throughout! I had 4 quotes from different security company's and LVL1 was the cheapest! Ryan and his team came on the specified day to plan/install the system to my home. Ryan and his team was very professional and very friendly, who had lots of professional knowledge in installing these HIKVISION CCTV systems. Any questions I had to ask, Ryan was more than happy in answering and making sure I was happy with the system and service. From my experience working with LVL1, I’ve been extremely impressed with the level of service they provide. Ryan and Connor have been brilliant to deal with, both highly professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.
