Meet the LVL1 Buzz: Taking IT Support on the Road

If you have spotted a black & green VW ID. Buzz around Norwich recently, there is a good chance it was us!

We are pleased to officially introduce the LVL1 Buzz, our very first company van.

It is now out on the road helping the LVL1 team provide IT support across Norwich & Norfolk, whether we are visiting a customer, delivering equipment, carrying out an installation or responding to an IT problem that needs somebody there in person.

And, naturally, we had to make it look like LVL1.

Built for more than getting from A to B

A large part of modern IT support can be delivered remotely, but there are plenty of occasions where having someone physically on-site still makes all the difference.

Network upgrades, WiFi installations, new computers, office moves, CCTV systems, cabling & hardware replacements all require us to get people, tools & equipment where they need to be.

As LVL1 has grown, squeezing everything into the back of a car was becoming less & less practical.

The ID. Buzz gives us considerably more room for the equipment we use every day, while effectively becoming another part of LVL1 out on the road.

Local IT support from real people

LVL1 provides IT, systems, cloud & security services to businesses across Norwich, Norfolk & the surrounding area.

We have always wanted our support to feel straightforward. If something can be fixed remotely, we will fix it remotely. If it makes more sense for us to come to you, we can get somebody on-site.

Having our own dedicated van makes that even easier.

It means we can arrive with the equipment & tools we need, carry more replacement hardware & support larger installations without having to make multiple trips.

That could be anything from installing a new wireless access point to carrying equipment for a complete network or CCTV installation.

You will probably start seeing it around Norwich

The LVL1 Buzz will be travelling between our office & customer sites throughout Norwich & Norfolk, so expect to see quite a bit of it.

We have kept the design unmistakably LVL1, with our black & green branding alongside one of the promises we try to build the business around:
