LVL1 Now an Authorised Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider

We’re pleased to share that LVL1 is now an authorised Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). This marks a key evolution in how we support our clients across Microsoft 365, Azure, & the broader Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.

What It Means

As a Microsoft CSP, we are now directly integrated into Microsoft’s cloud support & provisioning infrastructure. This allows us to deliver a single point of contact for all Microsoft Cloud services – no intermediaries, no finger-pointing, no delays.

  • Faster resolutions when Microsoft 365 or Azure services fail
  • Direct escalation pathways with Microsoft engineers
  • Simplified licensing & billing, managed entirely by LVL1
  • Tighter control over client environments, with better visibility & accountability

Why It Matters

For our clients, this means:

  • Fewer hand-offs: We own the issue from start to finish.
  • No vendor ping-pong: We don’t say “not our problem.”
  • One trusted team managing all aspects of your Microsoft estate.

It also gives us deeper insight into your systems, allowing us to proactively monitor & manage potential issues, before they impact productivity.

Already Delivering Results

We’ve been operating as a CSP partner quietly over the past quarter. During this period, we’ve seen:

  • Reduced support resolution times
  • Improved client satisfaction
  • Streamlined onboarding for new users & licences

This capability is now fully embedded into our managed service delivery model, with all eligible clients migrated to CSP support.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)?

A CSP is a partner authorised by Microsoft to sell, manage, & support Microsoft Cloud products like Microsoft 365 & Azure. CSPs provide direct billing, technical support, & service management on behalf of Microsoft.

How is CSP support different from buying direct from Microsoft?

With CSP, you don’t deal with Microsoft directly. LVL1 handles all licensing, billing, & support requests. If something breaks in Microsoft 365 or Azure, we escalate it internally, no long hold times or hand-offs to unfamiliar teams.

Do I still own my Microsoft licences?

Yes. Licences are registered to your business, even though we manage them on your behalf. You retain full control over your data, users, & tenant.

Is there a cost difference between Microsoft direct & CSP?

Pricing is typically the same as Microsoft’s standard rates. In many cases, CSP offers more flexibility (e.g. monthly commitments) without additional cost. You also gain included support from LVL1, reducing the need for separate consultancy.

Can I move to CSP if I already have Microsoft 365 or Azure?

Yes. Most existing Microsoft tenants can be migrated to CSP with no downtime or data loss. We handle the transition process, including licence reconciliation & support handover.

What happens if I want to leave the CSP programme later?

You can transfer your licences back to Microsoft or to another CSP with minimal friction. We don’t lock you in.

One provider. Full accountability.
